that would average in the thousands of dollars. Thanks to a 1994 ruling by the Federal Trade Commission, we are able to furnish you with your own casket at a dramatically reduced cost.
By providing a casket to the funeral home, you will be saving a major portion of the traditional
funeral expenses.

In the same ruling, the Federal Trade Commission has also ruled that funeral homes can no longer condition or dictate the purchase of a casket with the purchase of other funeral goods and services
(Rule 16 C.F.R. Part 453). In general terms, when you purchase a casket from a retail location,
the funeral home must accept it without causing any unnecessary duress to the family, and
without raising their existing prices.
